Credits are Renview’s usage currency. Every AI operation costs a set number of credits.

Credit Lot System

Credits are organised into lots with different sources and expiry rules:

Top-upPurchased credit packs12 months from purchase
When you use credits, they are consumed in this priority order:
  1. Bonus credits (oldest first)
  2. Top-up credits (oldest first)
  3. Monthly credits (oldest first)
This is Renview’s current credit-lot priority.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error or times out, the credits are automatically refunded. Generations that complete successfully but produce an unexpected result are not automatically refunded.

Checking Your Balance

Your credit balance is displayed in the sidebar and on the Account page. The breakdown shows how many credits remain from each lot.
