Cancellation & Account Deletion
Cancel your subscription
To cancel Pro, open the subscription management portal from Account Settings and select the cancellation option there.
What happens when you cancel
- Your subscription does not renew
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, the subscription moves to an expired state
- Top-up credit lots are frozen once the subscription has fully expired

Delete your account
If you want to permanently remove your account instead of just cancelling the subscription:
- Open Account Settings
- Scroll to Delete account
- Type
DELETE to confirm
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Generated images and videos
- Uploaded photos and saved assets
- Custom styles
- Projects and spaces
- 3D worlds
- Remaining credits
- Your active subscription
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
